Location is excellent. Also good transport connection Beds were too small for 2 people. I would say double bed is a large single bed. We couldn’t sleep properly. Also windows were not available to get fresh air into the room. Breakfast was poor quality. Especially sausages overcooked

The room AC wasn't working, my family have to wake up at the 2am sweating and complain to the receptionist have to shared another room for my wife and kids, have to sleep inside the rooms because of the luggages nobody to help to moved it for me at the middle of the night. Rooms is everything to me.

Was very amazing access and staff were friendly just a nice stay all round Unfortunately there was a power issue within the kitchens so evening plans to eat at hotel had to change

Cleanliness was excellent. Room size adequate, location was perfect for what we needed. Charging 10 pound for still water from a tap was outrageous. My kids who don't read tiny labels, opened both bottles before I could determine the value. That is the only negative I have regarding our stay. The breakfast and service staff were excellent.

The hotel is very comfortable & very nice. The staff were excellent. They exceed my expectation. The house keeping team did a room decor for my son's birthday. Nothing. There was nothing unlikeable.

Comfortable beds Not up to par on other crowned plaza we've stayed at. Usually can order eggs freshly cooked in a variety of ways we were not able to do this here and the hot breakfast items were not very hot

Very helpful & friendly staff, clean, comfortable rooms with lovely thick fluffy towels! Breakfast busy but tasty. Nice quiet location within easy walking distance of tube stations & very near to great places to eat & drink. All good! A little bit of a wait at busy times for the lift but I think this was due to one being out of order.
