The room was a great size, everything seemed to have a button which we personally loved. The room was exceptionally clean and ready for our arrival, the staff member who greeted us on arrival was really pleasant and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was absolutely delicious! We’d definitely stay again

Our room was modern and clean but it was tiny. Barely walk around the bed. Room for only one suitcase. No chair or desk. Tiny room maybe ok for one person? We were there four nights and it was a difficult stay.

My experience at this hotel was truly exceptional. I have stayed in many 4-star hotels in London over the past four years, as you can see from my reviews, and I believe this was the best. The hotel is small, cosy and quiet, so when I first arrived I didn’t expect too much and thought, “It’s just one night.” However, the small lobby was very clean and classy, and you immediately feel positive vibes when you enter. The room was amazing. Although it wasn’t big, it was very comfortable and convenient. The attention to detail was impressive. It was equipped with everything you might need, with beautiful little touches everywhere. It genuinely felt as though someone had thought carefully about how to make the guest as comfortable as possible. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. There were different types of power sockets, so guests could easily find the one they needed. The room overlooked a beautiful little garden, and they even provided a room fragrance in one corner to use if you wanted. I also loved the modern technology. The bathroom windows could be frosted electronically for privacy, the bed had massage options, and almost everything in the room could be controlled electronically. The staff were very professional and friendly. As soon as I arrived, they offered to take my luggage to my room and told me the room was already available if I wanted to check in early. The hotel was very quiet throughout the day and felt very safe. You need your card to enter the hotel, or you have to ring the bell for a member of staff to let you in. When I asked for a dental kit early in the morning, I received it almost immediately after putting down the phone. The location is perfect as well. Well done! A truly excellent experience. Please keep up this standard. I will definitely come again. The food was overpriced

Although the room had all the "smart" gadgets, it did not include a simple thing: a hook in the bathroom for my dressing gown. Also, we had problems with the air conditioner, which didn't stay at the temperature we set. The evening receptionist, though, responded almost immediately with a portable air conditioner.

This is a perfect location in London. Very close to all attractions, but it's quiet and has a nice neighborhood. While the room had a lot of modern features, it lacked in size. We could hardly find a place for our suitcases. The bathroom is well-equipped but also tiny.

I recently stayed at the Eccleston Square Hotel for work, and it was a great choice. It’s within easy walking distance of Victoria Station and is located in a lovely, quiet area overlooking a small park. The staff were all very helpful, and my room was comfortable, well-appointed, and perfect for a good night’s sleep. The only thing I’d mention is that it’s not really set up for working in your room, as there’s no proper desk or workspace. However, if you’re looking for somewhere comfortable to stay rather than somewhere to work from, I’d happily recommend it.
