The apartment was quite spacious, with separate bedrooms and an open plan kitchen with dining and seating areas, and with two bathrooms. The location is decent, being about 15 min from the underground and central Canary Wharf shopping and dining areas. The room had no AC, and whilst fans were suppled for the bedrooms, these did not help much as the window in one bedroom was locked and could not be opened, and the window in the other bedroom could only be opened slightly. The drain in the master bathroom was blocked. The tiling adjacent the shower in the smaller bathroom was not grouted properly and was dirty. The carpet in the seating area was dirty and stained. The sprung mattress in the main bedroom was sagging and rether uncomfortable. The doors of the wardrobe in the main bedroom did not close properly, such that they stayed ajar and the interior light would not switch off - so we had to push an armchair up against the doors to ensure the lights were off and did not disturb our sleep.

Location was great for the O2. That was the only good thing about our stay. Booked a room with a balcony which is clearly stated on the website ("this room comes with a balcony"). Our room did not have a balcony and had two small windows instead. Raised the problem immediately with front desk and was told that it was the fault of booking.com. They said even if you book a balcony room you're not guaranteed a balcony and it's luck of the draw. No other rooms were supposedly available and we were essentially told to suck it up with no compensation offered. The room was also extremely hot, looked nothing like the pictures and smelt like it had a sewerage problem. Further raised the dispute with booking.com due to not receiving the room we booked, stating that if we knew this was going to be the case we never would have booked this room in the first place. Booking.com then reached out to the hotel and told us that the hotel is refusing to cooperate with them so there is nothing they can do. I'm pretty sure this goes against your statutory rights, so bad business practices there. See other bad reviews for people experiencing the exact same thing and the hotel replying and denying the responsibility for any problems. Will not be staying here again.

Quite noisy on the road side of the building, even at night. Plus the sofa bed (needed for our little one) was broken. Bedding not provided for it until we asked.

I stayed there for 3 nights, after the 2nd night I asked at the reception if the cleaning will be done today. I was assured that it will be done, But when I arrived to the room late in the evening nothing was cleaned, though I have seen the cleaning lady earlier at our floor. On the checkout I have just got "I am sorry and I will talk to the stuff". Really disappointing experience this time. I stayed here 3 times before and never faced this.

Late check.in. at 4pm.

Clean, convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was facing the street which at times was noisy. Lights from the neighbouring buildings would peer through the blinds.

I really liked the serviced apartment setup. Very modern and clean! Great location too in Canary Wharf! The breakfast was a little disappointing. I didn't listen properly when the breakfast was explained during check-in. I ended up coming downstairs to the lounge to have my breakfast. The personell said I could also have it in the lounge ... but due to the oatmeal requiring boiled water and me not having any cutlery with me, I decided to have the breakfast back in my room. So the breakfast was not what I expected.

there wasn't anything I didn't like

Nothing like shown in the pictures, extremely hot inside the room.

The location is close to my office, so easy walking distance. Rooms could be a little warm and the a little too much noise from the road. If the windows are double glazed they do not keep out the sound.

Location We stayed three night and no body showed up to clean. refrigerator was not working…bathrooms are but smaller.

Location was good, size of the apartment and rooms was good too. Facilities in the kitchen, stove didn't really work properly, washing machine was not helpful (fit barely anything and took ages to dry), breakfast is not proper, and when we asked for new sheets we were told its $20 for just getting fresh sheets, and $100 if you wanted someone to actually change the sheets for you which was extremely strange. Only 1 cleaning provided per stay. Sofa bed was uncomfortable and kitchen didn't have basic things that should be provided for people. No hand soap either.

none.

The staff was friendly and we keep our bags with them, they take care of us .

Excellent location. Clean room. The sofa bed in the living room was like a medieval torture rack.
-
It was very clean and the air was fresh. The fact that there was only ‘Still water’ available and we don’t drink that… so we had to order for water from somewhere else.

Having staff on hand 24 hours. It was great having a hob, dishwasher and microwave in the kitchen area. Nothing
