It was OK. Breakfast was decent (both sweet and salty options). OK location in central London with decent public transport options nearby - going to main tourist attractions is a bit of a stretch on foot, but possible with decent physical shape and reasonable weather. The price in the London context is a bit above average, in my opinion. There was no fridge in the hotel room (instead of a minibar, there is a stand with snacks and drinks operated by a different company at the reception. The vouchers given to us for skipping a day of cleaning turned out can not be used in that snack stand, as it is operated by a different company, apparently, and this was not well communicated on these vouchers.

Location is good, walking distance to the train station. It is on the quieter end of the road. The bus stop is right in front of hotel. No change in the breakfast menu at all.

Excelent location in a fairly residential area (and hence quiet at night), and yet just 10-20 minutes on foot to many major sites (Westminster, London Eye, Borough Market, etc.). Good selection of quality restaurants even closer - 5-7 min walk. Several bus lines run through that can take you to further places without changing the bus (e.g. Train Stations). Decent size rooms, generous breakfast, clean facilities, responsive staff. Pricing is very good for what you get. Would happily stay again Our bed (may be just this one) was a bit old and the mattress was a bit lumpy

The location was excellent. Close to Waterloo station which had both railway and underground facilities. Also only a short walk to a lot of tourist attractions. Couldn’t find anything sub par

The locations excellent , it is 15-20 minutes walk to a lot off sightseeing places The breakfast is good as well, the selection of the food is great and you have everything that you need. Room is clean and comfortable
