- Dear hotel team, from the very start of the reservation up until check out and a week after, I still do not get any replies from you. The hotel is not returning money for the nights I haven’t stayed at the premises. When we’ve checked in, the room was for designed with accessible facilities which we didn’t request. The room was very dirty, there were spiders running around and obviously we were very uncomfortable and concerned. The refund amount is more than 1000 pounds and no one is giving me any answers. Upon check out it was promised to be returned, it’s been 10 days now and nothing has changed. I’m very shocked with the attitude of the reception staff from the staff and still don’t know what to do. I have been emailing and texting them, but no replies. Hence, left no choice as to leave a review here in hopes to get a reply.

The location. N/A

The rooms are quite small.

Decent location The cost of the room in comparison to the size was appalling. I appreciate you are paying for location, but this simply was not worth it. The staff were rude on the front desk, making unecessary comments about where we were from, and the actual room was very dated and small. Do not recommend at all - far nicer places, in equally high profile locations for the same cost but significantly better value for money.

Person checking me in wasn’t very friendly and didn’t tell me anything about the hotel.

Pleasant experience, the hotel and the staff were very nice. Very close to Euston Train Station, that was important for our train trips. Nothing went wrong. Only complaint can be the check-out warning. Some lady knocked our door and told us it is time for check-out. The weird thing is it was 10am and we had 2 more hours. We found it quite unpolite. But one staff’s behavior can’t blame the rest.

The location was amazing. Very close to the train station, and well-connected to multiple metro (tube) stations. Additionally, there were lots of cafes, restaurants, and pubs in the area, so it was easy to get food or a drink. The room smelled very musty, like there was a mildew problem. There is no sound insulation, so every footstep or word spoken in the hallway can be heard clearly in the room. Staff with their cleaning carts sounded like fully-loaded trucks on the motorway. In short, it was very noisy. If you want a room that's a quiet oasis where you can sleep in, in the morning, or take a nap, mid-day, this is NOT the property for you. Additionally, they send you SMS messages asking about your stay. I replied twice with the above complaints, and no one responded. Apparently, these messages are completely ignored by hotel management, which begs the question: why send them? This was the worst experience I've had at a Hilton in memory. For the price, this property is not worth it.

Very friendly staff. Food was excellent! Rooms were very clean. Great location near Euston train station made it easy to get around London and beyond.

Location Dated, a/c did not work

This level of customer service does not align with the standards expected in hospitality, and I strongly encourage management to address these concerns with the front desk team to ensure future guests receive the level of respect and professionalism they deserve.

Good location Comfortable stay

The location was nice and didn't have a lot of street noise! Our toilet was not clean--there was urine on the seat. The previous tenant's travel pillow and key card were left, making us wonder if it was cleaned well. The water never got warm for showering and the door to the shower wouldn't close, so water got everywhere. Also, when people walked past our door, we could hear everything so clearly.

Location was ok The rooms and bathrooms were too small, and there was no space in the closet. There were no electrical outlets in the bathroom to use the hairdryer. Although we asked for the room to be ready at 1:30, it wasn’t (wanted us to wait till 3pm after 24h of traveling) - yet, other guests did have their room ready. Service wasn’t the best either, the only person In the hotel that was helpful was Massimo .

Staff was very helpful as our air conditioning was not working in our room and they moved us to a new room that worked all was good
