Staff very friendly and make you feel very welcome Wifi almost never works very bad signal. It’s not first time as in Edinburgh was exactly the same. Wifi not great and can’t connect phone with the tv… nowadays you need smart tv that actually works and to be able to connect at least with Netflix

We travelled to Ealing to be close enough to wembley stadium for a concert. The location was really good for what we needed and with ample shops to visit and places to eat. The staff were very friendly and helpful, with big welcoming smiles and the room was great for the one night stay that we needed. I found it comfortable, cosy and clean. Breakfast was good with a good selection or cooked food or cereals, fruit, yogurt etc. Overall a pleasant stay.

From the moment Alditi checked us in to the hotel we found all the staff to exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our double room was very comfortable, especially the bed, and the hotel itself was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. The included breakfast options were also very good. Overall, it exceeded our expectations and was extremely good value for money, especially in the London area. It's not a criticism, but if you're using Ealing as a base to explore London you'll have to allow good travelling time. The public transport connections are very good, and West Ealing Tube station is only a few minutes walk from the hotel.

Nice area close to two supermarkets and a 10 minute walk to the tube. The room was lovely and clean. Shower was excellent. Quiet as well. Brilliant idea having iced water and cucumber available next to reception in this heat. nothing

Spacious room, fair price, and free breakfast There was a bit of dampness on the carpet between the bathroom door and the bedroom. I think it was a floor leak, but I'm not sure. It was quite annoying to step on it every time I went to the bathroom.
