Clean great location and helpful staff. No refrigerators in the rooms for medication’s and no complimentary bottle of water for taking meds as well. Something most hotels provide free of charge.

Fantastic location. Very comfortable bed and pillows and thick towels. Breakfast buffet was good. Bar area was nice for a drink and a meal. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My room was the smallest room I have ever stayed in, and I’ve traveled all over Japan! Also, my shower didn’t have a door, so it was easy to flood the bathroom floor.

Location is good. Lobby area is good, breakfast is ok. Aircon did not work properly, end corridor premium king size bed room was oversold. It was a small room, worn carpet, not clean, lousy mattress and a tiny narrow bathroom. We complained and got put next day into a similar room with a better layout. Still disappointing and would need a refresh. Shower in a bath tub had leaking seals and in both rooms flooded the bathroom floor. Wash basin is tiny and no place to even put a wash bag. No I would not stay at this place again.

I requested a twin room for my son and I for his 16th birthday but upon arrival it wasnt offered depsite receiving a message from the reservations team that a twin room was ready for us. very disappointing as the staff at the desk were not helpful.

Very convenient to Tube. Steps getting to lobby.. no way to pull luggage from outside the hotel. Same in lobby.. more steps to maneuver though to get to elevator.
