Wonderful hotel. Incredibly spacious room. Fridge, safe, iron and board, hairdryer. Very clean. Great shower spacious bathroom. The mattress felt hard but oh my so comfy. Brilliant sleep. Air conditioning worked well. Two bottles of water was a nice touch. Quiet location. 5-10 mins to the tube station. Restaurants and shops nearby Really minor complaint. Not enough refreshment supplies. Had to ask for top ups each day which was given willingly

The hotel is in the heart of Kensington, a very pleasant district of London. Nice, spacious room, we could go directly to the yard from the room. Not far from two underground station. The room was in the basement, and we had to go down and up on a steep staircase, sometimes with luggages. On the site of the hotel was mentioned that every room can be reached by elevator. The breakfast room was run with another company, the prize was less, then the prescribed , but not good.

Staff fantastic and helpful. 10 minute walk to Earls Court Underground. I would recommend The mattress was way too soft. Had to sleep on the bed base with two duvets as a mattress. Breakfast at the Malaysian restuatant not the greatest. There is a Shisha bar in the hotel and often that smell wafts through to the entrance.

The location is great , there is an AC in the room and an elevator. There was an electricity power out , room is too small that the twin beds are exactly like one double bed.
