Excellent location. A bit dirty. Very old and dirty carpet. No AC it was very hot.
-
Location Bathroom much to small No Air Con Room only had bed in all Room was to small
-
Location was good - No lift so had to walk up 6 flights of stairs with luggage in 31 degree heat. - When booking it made out that there was 2 rooms with a double bed in each (as 4 of us stayed), this wasn't true, all beds rammed into one room. - Opened the blind in the bathroom and there was black mold.
-
Complimentary ice cold water, tea, coffee abd biscuits in room. Free toiletries. Room was a but cramped but served its purpose for a family room

Didn't like anything no fridge, small and dirty rooms, lift wasn't working and they didn't put a note to let people know as they had the same problem before we stay and they weren't sure when it will be fixed so we had to take the stairs to the forth floor Staff were ok but Very poor service which it isn't their fault the owner and booking.com are to blame as I asked them to at least refund me second night and they kept me on hold over the phone for one hour and 23 minutes without any reply and minutes after I hung up got an email from them saying they couldn't get hold of me very disappointed and this is the second time been scammed by booking.com as they promised to pay me 250 euros as compensation but they never did......

The breakfast is good and what you would expect for the price of the rooms; it isn't a full international-style spread, but it is still very good. Having an elevator makes logistics much easier for those traveling with luggage. Access to the hotel is easy, and it is in an excellent location, right next to a supermarket and public transport. The hotel is undergoing renovations, so some rooms do not match those shown in the photos—in fact, most of them look nothing like the images. The rooms also lack a place to put down luggage; there is a clothes rack, but no wardrobe or shelves. There is no air conditioning, which makes the stay a bit difficult in the summer as it gets hot.

Older style hotel with clean facilities, although the loft didn’t work I got a great workout climbing the stairs each day. And was rewarded with a very nice breakfast. Was warm but it was the height of summer and I’m used to air conditioning.

The location The room was a bit small for a family of 4. The hotel itself was a bit run down.

Location was ideal, area was nice. Receptionist was helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and would stay again Window would not open and it was a hot day so room was hot
-
Great location with lots of shops and the tube close by, room was great (quiet at the back of the hotel & good beds!) with little amenities available, great price for London too!
-
Lobby/lounge area and breakfast No blackout curtains or blind and quite noisy. I could hear music and talking until quite late. The bathroom was tiny but ok otherwise. Luckily I took an eye mask and ear plugs so thankfully was able to sleep. The lift wasn't working and no one offered to help with our luggage
