Beautiful building Our room had no window.It had a door on a rail to roll back to get in and out of bathroom it was really hard to open and close and there was a real build up of dirt and the floor of the bedroom was dirty and stained

Location good and bed was comfy For me and missus obviously a personal opinion we found it way to small and compact and no window made it feel worse (should got one with window) as it made me feel very claustrophobic.

The location is absolutely ideal, the room.was clean and the bed was comfortable There is no place to put a suitcase, no shelf, no closet, zero space to put anything, no curtain at bathroom, only stationary shower, no elevator, no possibility to switch on/off air conditioner, or to make it stronger or weaker which makes the stay quite a torture. I was extremely unlucky with neighbors who were using the corridor as an extension of their room and didn't let me sleep. Also no any night light or lamp near the bed which is quite unbelievable. It is a minimum requirement for any hotel room.

I had a wonderful stay...

Room was tatty and absolutely tiny. No toiletries. The toilet was pretty much in the shower. No good socket access. The towel rail was falling off the door and had been taped back on. Walls were dirty and scuffed. Lighting was too bright, no lamps, no bedside table. Floor was sticky.

This hotel to get straight to the point is budget and you get what you pay for. They aren’t trying to advertise anything special, what you see online is exactly what you get. Hotel staff were friendly, location is great! The room is exceptionally small. About two metres between the door and the bed. The air con was blasting out and there seemed to be no way of turning it off. There was no remote for the TV. The sink had some awful stains in it.

The staff was lovely, even remembered where we're from and was chatty. Allowed us to store luggage with them before check-in and there was someone on-site all night if we needed the assistance. Good air conditioning and ventilation, so despite the room not having a window the air was fresh and cool. Incredible quality hotel for such a price The rooms are very very tiny, but we knew that beforehand and it was suitable for the price.

Being able to store bags was a massive bonus and location of hotel for tube links Dirty, I’ve stayed in many easy hotels including this one before but the room was disgusting, mould in shower room stained sink shower head clocked with limescale and door frame rotten The floor didn’t look like I had had any cleaning products on it in months never mind since the previous guest Lastly maintenance work right outside the room door with a ladder blocking me in and lots of drilling noise

The place was easy to find, and in a good area near the center of London. The staff was so nice to us, 'cause when we needed something they were eager to help us It's a good place to stay in London for a few days, in the cheapest way possible. It's true that it does not have any windows, and sometimes it can be a little claustrophobic.

My room was very cosy with air conditioner and private bathroom, excellent location - hotel is very close to Museums,underground station,bus stops,Sainsbury's, Tesco,McDonald's and KFC,Gregg's,Co-op and other shops and take aways. I was happy with every aspect of the hotel.

The location was a plus. The neighborhood was tranquil and there was a supermarket just behind the hotel. It was hot inside the room in the second night.The fan seems not working. The staff told us to request a fan .

Nice location and a comfortable bed. They also allowed me to check in a little early which was nice. Great value for money in a high end area. I’ve stayed here twice in 2 different room types. One had AC, one didn’t. It was very hot even though they did have a fan in the room it was difficult to sleep. Also one room was cleaner and more well kept that the other.
