Hotel was in a great location and beautifully designed. The bedroom and bathroom were lovely and immaculately clean. The only thing was that the coffee machine in our room did not work (Room 116).

The beds were very comfortable and the king size was the size that we expected, especially being Americans and not used to smaller sizes. I recommend the restaurant and pub attached to it as well. It was pricey, but what else would you expect in London.

The room is comfortable and the lighting is very well designed. The breakfast is delicious and the staff there are very friendly, especially Laxmi, she is very nice and always welcomes us with big smiles.
