I liked the Hub London Marylebone! It is very well located: the Marylebone restaurants are only a short walk away and the metro stations of Marylebone, Edgware Road and also Baker Street are within walkable distance. Also within walkable distance is the Oxford Street shopping area so it all works very well when you are there for business but wish to enjoy some London shops too:-) The breakfast at the hotel is great and the breakfast room setting is super cosy and nice (ground floor and windows all around). The rooms are on the small side though and for the first night we received a room for two people that featured a double bed that occupied the entire room, leaving no space for the luggage to open. As I need to work by distance during the mornings, that was not very convenient and it felt a bit claustrophobic. We received an upgrade on the second night when they realised that we actually paid for two people in our booking (that is my assumption). I am thankful for the change of room and really appreciate it, do not get me wrong. I know that London center hotels have small rooms so you should not have unrealistic expectations. We travel often to London and this was the first time we stayed there. I am happy with my Hub London experience and I will certainly book a room at this hotel again when I am back!

The room was really comfy with great views. Good selection of items for breakfast. Friendly staff. Check in was a little chaotic and took a while. The staff were good and helpful but it just felt like there weren't enough of them.

Terrible communication — avoid for business trips I would strongly advise against booking this hotel for a business trip. Despite multiple calls and repeated requests, the hotel has been unable to provide a proper business invoice for my stay. What should have been a simple administrative request has turned into an unnecessarily frustrating process, with poor communication and no effective resolution. If you are travelling for work and need reliable documentation for your expenses, do not book this hotel. The lack of responsiveness and professionalism is unacceptable for business travellers.

The hotel room was very good, modern, clean and very comfortable. It was in a great location for train and tube and THE ROOMS meet all our needs Breakfast - runs till 1100 (no problem) .. but the staff really want you NOT TO START after 1030, so don't have a holiday lie in you need to get up with the workers. (not the biggest problem tho) Checking In - we checked in dead on 1500 using the self service terminals, except the Bookimg.com booking reference is not recognised by Premier Inn Hub and neither is your name and address. So the reception desk attendant came and helped, which was nice but annoyed them (we didn't know this until a second problem happened with with room 2). Trying to check in for room 2 was met with an inability to print out a room number and activate a card key. So we had to go back to the receptionist. (annoying for us but not a massive problem but not as annoying as it was for them, as we found out) Staff Attitude - our problem with the self check in meant we had to abort the process as it took the payment but we couldn't get a room or key out of it (after trying for 15mins). My mistake was in asking the receptionist if they could help again as we couldn't get it out of the "egg timer spiral" and we had given it 15 mins. Apparently I had "NOT BEEN THERE 15 MINS" … yeh an exaggerated abomination of a whole 15mins!!! I made a second mistake of saying I had and that caused a giant chip to grow on their shoulder which spoke loudly to them and caused them to dig in and find fault or offence in everything I said "could you please serve me" was met with "So you think I am your servant" - they kind of nonsense. Anyway it was unpleasant and mad me feel like a problem that they would rather just go away and walk out the door. With my two daughters with me we just took our medicine acted like we new we were a problem and let them dominate. I don't normally write anywhere near this amount - but a great stay was soured by a poor receptionist who is on the wrong employ in my opinion.

Clean, quiet and dark room in the basement. Very good for sleeping. AC was good and easy to adjust. Tv with lots of channels. Location is great. Short walk to Hyde park and Oxford street. Underground station to circle line also very close. They have an own restaurant and bar so you can get breakfast and other food and drinks also. Free coffee and tea anytime. Bathroom was a bit weird with glass walls and door. Poor privacy when there's two people staying in the room. Minor thing still.

Extremely careful with alleargies which made me feel super comfortable enjoying my breakfast.

Breakfast was ok, but no poached egg or boiled egg option. Scrambled eggs were either undercooked or powdered eggs used, not great- I actually stopped paying for breakfast. Price was far too expensive for the class of hotel, I stayed for nearly 1 month and some nights were £250- too expensive for this hotel

The lady at reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She made us feel very welcome and went out of her way to assist us. Thank you for the wonderful service! (I wish I had gotten her name so I could thank her personally. - She was working during evening and night, I guess! I hope she has many wonderful things ahead of her.) And all the staffes were nice. Also the facilities were clean and well-maintained. Plus the location was really good. Thx
