This worked well for our needs. Further from the metro then aticipated.

The location was convenient, and the amenities were great. I will stay here again! The amenities for the laundry were not great- the machines were not working or stopped working mid-use, and the dryers took far too long.

The beds were very comfortable. Excellent location near a station. Direct access to multiple airports. The room was clean and modern. The staff could have been friendlier, but overall welcoming. The breakfast was just okay.

The room was very quiet. Cleaning is good. First time finding the hotel can be a bit tricky. Hotel location is too far from all common places of interest. It took me 30+ min every time to get to somewhere I wanted. Only one elevator takes to the floors for Hyatt House, so in the morning the wait could take a while - when you are in a rush, this is frustrating. The room could probably get some renovation. Nothing is broken, just looks a bit “cheap”, imo. Overall a good hotel, might seem overpriced, but this is London.

Stayed in this hotel in the past and it was a bit refurbished. Nice little apartment with all the facilities, including kitchenware and cutlery, all was new and in a good quality. Good breakfast and comfortable beds. Reasonable price for London. View from the room - to the roof parking and a/c infrastructure of the Westfield mall, impossible to open the window because of the noise, but it’s a problem for this specific room. Also the a/c infrastructure the room was a bit noisy

The location is superb for all the amenities around the olympic park and London stadium, as well as the Westfields shopping centre. Nothing to dislike.

their location close to a shopping mall which make the experience much better. Them all have a lot of restaurants and cafés. Also, it is close to main underground station which Connect you everywhere around London . The room size is bigger than anything you will see in London laundry service at the hotel helps a lot to keep your clothes wash all the time Small kitchen in the room with microwave makes you love experience home away from home . no direct access from Main Street specially for taking a taxi to the airport and taking all your luggage to the main street
