Comfort of bed, cleanliness and size of room. Best thing was the fabulous view. Filter coffee at breakfast was weak.

Friendly welcoming staff, member off staff checking in after clean to make sure everything was up to standard! There was a sign outside Sky Bar on Sunday morning stating that the bar was closed Sunday/mondays only to learn too late that it was actually open the Sunday night so we were a bit gutted not to have experienced that, overall outstanding stay though.

The bed, the bathroom and the room tech was good Taking a £200 damage deposit for each room (we had 2) It shows a lack of trust. It’s v unusual for a 5 star to do this!

Clean, great location and staff super friendly. Food is ‘t good, appalling wine menu ( screw tops for £50- really?!) And hotel messed up our rooms for my daughters birthday and also charged us breakfast even though was paid for in original booking. Disappointing for the cost to say the least.
