Nice service All the staff are doing à very good job

No air on. Also a bit loud. You can hear everything the people in the room above was doing.

I liked the location near the train station and the window that opens allowing for fresh air. I liked the hot pot for hot water and the refrigerator. The bed was very squeaky whenever I moved and not very comfortable.

As I was on a business trip,the location was good. Room needs painting,wall going into bathroom was dirty.. Only one cup and spoon. I asked for a knife to cut frouit and they couldn't find one. Should have a microwave.. Upon cleaning room ,no clean towels changed .

The staff was very friendly, and overall cleanliness was good. You can leave your luggage both before check-in and after check-out if necessary. The location may seem far from the center, but the fast Elizabeth line makes it easy to access. We forgot to bring a converter, but they supplied one for us. The cleanliness was not perfect in detail, for example, under the bed. The stairs are somewhat narrow until reaching the top floor. As a couple with small luggage, we found them quite manageable; however, larger bags may present accessibility challenges.

More money seems to have been spent on the pretty gardens at the front of the hotel than on guest acccomodation. I would describe the room as shabby. The only saving grace was the delightful receptionist! Not particularly clean with well worn furniture. The shower wash was good but the bathroom two tight for a couple. Charging ten pounds extra for parking in a rough car park was cheeky.

The hosts of the property were so friendly and accommodating. I was a solo female traveler and felt very safe here, nobody really bothered me and they gave me a room that was both convenient to access and isolated from other guests. The room was clean, linens were clean, and housekeeping came by every day. I also liked how close to the Elizabeth line it was; also a short walk away from the District and Central lines. Acton was such a charming, quiet neighborhood. The bed and pillow were a bit uncomfortable, but that's not uncommon for hotels.

Good location, nice staff, a minor issue quickly fixed. A bit cold, bathroom a bit cramped, special charge for checking in late.

The locations is good, it's close to the Elizabeth line which gets you to the airport and the center very fast.

The bed makes a terrible noise every time you toss or turn so I couldn’t sleep all night.

Very nice polite and friendly staff. Rooms are nice and warm, good heating is inside, towels provided, cofee, milk… comfy beds tv… good internet. It’s very tidy and clean. I would recommend this guest house to everyone, if you book it you wont regret it! Its good value for money and staff is there to assist you! Very satisfied :) Small rooms are not so spacious, double bed hardly can fit it’s little bit tight but rest of all, all is good
