The quiet and charming neighborhood, the beautiful art at every turn in each room, so much beauty to take in. Loved the garden for outside dinning. The staff were very warm and welcoming and professional. Not applicable!!

Lovely smaller hotel that has great location, nice sheets and towels, beautiful decorated with a pretty garden, friendly staff and good made to order breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful at front desk. Although we enjoyed and appreciated the friendliness and warmth of the dining staff and being able to get a hot breakfast, breakfast service was very slow and and sometimes disorganized, a few small tweaks could make it even better experience. Rooms are small, but that’s to be expected in London.
