Metro passes right under the hotel facility. You can easily feel the vibrations and hear the sound of it before it closes at 12 am.

Location close to Paddington Station very good. It was clean and staff were friendly and polite. Our room was below ground level and the underground trains could be heard. Also had a plumbing problem which fixed itself.

Location was great. Staff very friendly. I was in the basement, which is right next to the underground. Walls shake with every tube that goes by. Bed was short so my feet hung off the bed.

Clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and attentive and even joined us for the England World Cup game. Our room was at the front of the hotel which at times was a little bit noisy, having this knowledge would maybe ask for quieter room next time.

Hotel location. Stuff treated me with a rude attitude at checking in and when drop my luggage prior checking in, I remember one stuff name Ali was very rude and not very happy to help me drop my luggage, also the same apply to the lady who checked me in to the hotel.

Great place for our one night stay. Small room but excellent aircon which was much appreciated! Good location only few minutes walk to the closest tube station. The staff were super friendly and helpful!

Great location, compact but very well laid out room. The staff were flawless, from the wonderful front of house team to the catering staff who were friendly and polite over breakfast. Specific shout out to Shay who was amazing - she knew my 4yo son's name as we checked in and made him very welcome and even offered him a special hot chocolate at breakfast. Little touches made the difference and we had a brilliant two night stay. Cannot rate this place highly enough - kudos to Shay and all the team for an exceptional experience. Splitting hairs here but maybe some water or hot drink facilities in the room (although it's small so maybe not practical)

Great location, comfy beds, friendly staff. Great location for hyde park. It was a bit more expensive this time, probably because of the event that was on.

Staff were great. Nice clean hotel. Room was a bit small, luckily I was on my own and only was there for two nights so did not have much luggage. It would be a struggle to have more than one case I would say.

Great location for that part of town. Easy to find and easy access to two stations. Checked in via the email before, so easy arrival and check out was equally quick. Would be even better if you had a kettle and tea/coffee in the room.

I stayed on the bottom floor. I could hear the trains all night. room was very very small. small size, train noise all night, limited breakfast selection for the price. felt like a hostel
