Location was great. Staff were so helpful and friendly. We would have liked a view of the river but really we only slept in the room so it didn’t matter that much. We were given a window seat at breakfast so that made up for it.

Convenient location for our weekend plans, very comfortable bed and great walk-in shower. Also fabulous views of the Thames Breakfast was a little chaotic, couldn’t find plates or cutlery on both days. Food was lovely but needs better organisation/management

Location. All staff very helpful. Breakfasts were great. Enjoyed the cocktail bar.

The hotel is located by the river and the views from the bedroom were amazing. The rooftop does not work on Sundays which I found a bit peculiar as it’s a busy day. For a 5⭐️ a swimming pool is expected.

Didn’t refund me back the holding fee of 100 pounds for some reason and I’m Not happy about it! It’s not in my account and they said it goes straight back in.
