Beautiful hotel and amazing location. Staff very helpful. Our first rooms position in the hotel wasnt great my first nights sleep was severely disturbed by train noise from the station. The hotel has a WhatsApp facility so after I messaged reception the following morning they were very accommodating and sorted another room for us for the remainder of our stay. They also arranged for our luggage to be moved as we were out all day. The second room was perfect. At breakfast the options were plentiful, fresh and super tasty in a beautiful setting , again great service from staff. Stored our luggage once checked out until it was time to leave. Bar area small but had a nice chilled vibe, prices as you'd expect in a hotel. We would return. Liked the snacks. Note even with secondary glazing you can hear street noise/people/traffic noise so if you're a light sleeper take ear plugs.

Excellent location, spacious rooms, fabulous cleaning and reception staff. Nothing is too much trouble. The noise from the street below is loud, but the beds are so comfy you sleep through!

City Central. Very nice presentation & decor. Sweeping staircase well worth seeing & reading rm as well. The age & style of the building has it a grand feel. Bedroom was tiny. Staff at front desk were not efficient on our occasion. Undesirables out front of hotel were not moved on. Concierge did not help with luggage

Most things were good There being such a long line for breakfast is a bit unforgivable as payment has been made in advance. They can’t expect one to wait an hour just to get a table.

This was my second time staying at this hotel! I love everything about The Clermont Charing Cross....the staff is always so kind and helpful with any question or concern you might have, the location is perfect and there are nearby Underground and Train stations, The room is always very comfortable/clean. There is an elevator and a restaurant with plenty of seating. Nothing! Loved everything!
