GREAT LOCATION AND VERY COMFORTABLE BED Had a very bad smell in my room, to a point that they needed to change it. Got no compensation for it. Breakfast was quite poor. Hotel is ok, however I didn't find any value for what it cost.

I usually love The Hari, excellent location, good room size with the deluxe. I was travelling and my laptop was damaged while I was out the room. The way they have handled it has been so disappointing. It felt like I was lying to them about the situation, when I clearly told them multiple times what had happened. I had to buy a new portable one for the rest of my trip, as Apple was going to take 10 days to fix. Yet they did nothing, yet send me emails saying, so sorry, yet not sorry !!! It has been hugely disappointing in how they have dealt with it. Please learn from this and treat your loyal customers better, as I was telling you the god honest truth about what happened and to have to spend 700£ to travel for the rest of my trip because something happened while I left my lap top in the room with the trusted cleaning staff. The crazy thing is, I shut it down as the cleaner entered the room, so I KNEW fully working and not damaged like when I came back and in the a different location. Sorry, I normally never say anything, yet your customer service was appalling on this. Yes, I should of left in safe, yet your cleaning staff had just entered and I thought was ok to leave it !!

When we visit London, this is always our to go place to stay. We prefer smaller boutique hotels with personal service, rather than the large ones. The staff are always friendly and ready to help with anything you need. We love the quiet location over looking the leafy green gardens of Chesham Place, a little oasis in the middle of the city. The rooms are very clean and beds and bedding are top quality. The cosy lounge and library, is a perfect place to wind down for tea and coffee or a glass of wine after a busy day out! Nothing

The restaurant was only so so and the breakfast very expensive. The Al fresco dining area didn’t appeal to us.

Location and it’s cozy Over pricey sometimes
-
No water in the room except when the room service comes at 4 pm. AC has a very strong sound and no solution for it.
-
The room was very small ,even no place for the coffee maker ! Noisy , sound of water from drains !! Noisy AC Did not get helped with my bags at the checkout time !!

I’ve stayed at The Hari many times over the years and it continues to feel like one of my favourite places to stay in London. The location is perfect, the rooms are always beautifully maintained, and the overall atmosphere feels calm, elegant and welcoming. What truly stands out every time is the staff and concierge team — always warm, attentive and incredibly helpful. As someone who often travels alone, I really appreciate how comfortable and taken care of I feel during my stays here. It genuinely feels like a home away from home whenever I’m in London. The only issue during this stay was that the television in my room unfortunately wasn’t working properly, so I wasn’t able to use Netflix or other entertainment features. The team did try to assist and technical staff came to the room, but the issue could not be resolved during my stay. Aside from that, everything else was lovely as always.

The Hari London made my birthday trip truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful — they went above and beyond to make me feel special throughout my stay. The room was beautiful, elegant, and extremely comfortable, with such a calm and luxurious atmosphere. The location was perfect, the service was exceptional, and every little detail felt carefully considered. It honestly felt like a home away from home, but elevated in every way. Thank you for making such an important occasion so memorable. Nothing

Amazing overall

Room, location, stuff, cleanliness.
-
Great location. Unexceptional service for the price. We were offered a glass of wine when we arrived and it was never delivered. The staff seemed rather indifferent when we mentioned it later.
-
Excellent location, staff, breakfast and room. Would definitely repeat.

I stay at The Hari every time I’m in London, and it never disappoints. It genuinely feels like a home away from home. One of the biggest luxuries for me is that even before I arrive, the team carefully receives and holds all my deliveries—such a thoughtful and seamless service. The entire staff is consistently warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful with anything you might need. On my last visit, I even saw two friends of mine staying there at the same time, both on my recommendation—which I loved. The only minor downside would be that the sound insulation in the rooms could be improved, as some noise from adjacent rooms or the hallway can occasionally be heard.

It was nice and clean and the rooms felt cozy Nothing tbh, but when I was checking out one of the staff tried to take the same amount I deposited twice

Everything was perfect from A to Z.

Location and room wonderful. Breakfast was not included and was expensive, but do were options nearby (just a bit less pricey!) the area is lovely with easy access to two tube stops. Staff very attentive snd pleasant. There was a “discretionary” service charge of 17 pounds added to bill at checkout for each day of stay for staff. So it’s “there” and only when questioned were we told it was optional. Of course we don’t want to stiff staff but it should have been in the booking confirmation.
