Nothing at all

Clean and spacious rooms. Location is great

Gorgeous design and gym/spa area is beautiful and perfect. So much attention to detail in the rooms, from the perfect hair dryer, placement of outlets, functioning of lights, milk and oat milk with the coffee, and so much more. Staff was amazing. Nothing.

Very clean, location is central yet on a quieter street, front desk staff were helpful and friendly, the hotel is beautiful (looks like a new and upscale SoHo House) and has a boutique feel to it. Breakfast, the staff and food portions were inconsistent (some friendly some not) and got my order wrong multiple times, charging 5 pounds for one small grilled tomato didn’t sit very well with me. I could hear the chef shouting most of the time as it’s sort of an open plan. I thought a spa labeled hotel would have more amenities such as loofa and more spa creams in the room. Teething issues at the restaurant in the afternoon.

It was an immaculate space. Very well designed, very well kept, staff were friendly, professional, and respectful. The rooms were clean, outstanding, spacious, and the location was great. The overall experience was top. Frankly, none come to mind. I'm not saying this place is without criticism or is perfect, but the good so much outweighs anything that I could even recall.

The hotel has only recently opened, so there are still some teething problems, but it will likely improve over time. The room was spacious and comfortable, the location excellent, and the decor tasteful. The gym is modern, and the spa is fantastic. The quality of the restaurant food needs improvement, and the daily housekeeping/room maintenance was somewhat below the standard expected from a hotel at this level. In addition, there is a sound situation where every time a door closes anywhere on the floor, a loud bang can be both heard and physically felt inside the room.”

Everything was a true luxury experience

I love that the property is new, in an awesome neighborhood with tons of bars, restaurants tourist attractions just really awesome vibe Nothing, I loved the really room, the amenities, love the attention to detail from the staff. No complications

A brand new hotel in a very good location. The stuff is very kind and useful. The spa and gym are exordinary . There was a lot of space in the room and it was clean and comfortable. At first we were located on the first floor and it felt as is our are room is part of the street. We asked for a higher floor room, and they moved us right away.

It’s a beautiful hotel in a great location, and the staff were warm and welcoming throughout our stay. The spa was also a real highlight and made the experience feel especially relaxing and luxurious. There were a few disappointing points, especially given the price and the hotel’s luxury positioning. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and although I requested multiple times for the towels to be changed, this was not done. At checkout, I also noticed a daily service charge on the invoice that had not been clearly explained beforehand, and we had to ask twice to understand what it was. That lack of transparency felt frustrating and left a negative impression. The hotel also seemed understaffed at times, which may have contributed to these issues.

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.
