Honesty bar, children’s bunk beds plenty of room in rooms and the food in the restaurant was exceptional. Rooms were boiling unable to turn your air con colder a very dirty fan was left but expected a cooler room.

Room Cleanliness Quiet Great breakfast! Nice staff The shower is large, new and clean. The location was good for me, but it was very far form London center, so not a good option if you need to get there. The room was facing the inner court, so opening the curtain and window feels weird, no privacy.

The location and design Aircon was not functioning in a family room with 3 people so the room was a furnace, sticky uncomfortable so we were unable to sleep

Breakfast was great including options for a continental breakfast and a cooked breakfast with a good selection of choice available. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were spacious, modern and comfortable. The checking in process could've been smoother when arriving and a deposit was required for the minibar if you used it or not.

The location was great. Close to the train station and the town and to our friends who live in Teddington. The room was alittle small and there were several decorative pillows on the bed. We did not need those pillows. I had to put them in a corner of the room which took up more space. The room is pretty enough. I think you could do without the decorative pillows on the bed.
