AMAZING location. Friendly staff, great room, with lots of room for London standards. We really enjoyed our stay! nothing

Location is perfect! Charing Cross or Covent Garden stations within a few mins walk, many shops, restaurants, cafés close-by. Staff is very friendly, rooms are comfortable and clean. Nothing.

The location is the big draw. Close to the markets, restaurants, theaters, and several train stations. The A/C worked very well! The shower is very narrow, and the dispensers are placed such that they further encroach on you while showering. The water is very very soft, and that makes the bathroom quite slippery. Be very careful stepping out of the high tub wall. The phone in the room didn’t work, but lit up all night long. Very high room cost for a hotel that has no amenities: no bar, restaurant, gym, pool, etc. You are paying for location and 24hr front desk.

The room was beautiful. The bathroom was large with plenty of space for products. The location is fantastic. Just a few blocks from Embankment station. Nothing

Location is great. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Very clean. Comfortable beds Nothing to dislike. It’s great for the kind of hotel it is…. I.e. one without a bar or restaurant on site but that doesn’t really matter thanks to the location

Excellent & safe location which was close to tourist attractions & theatre with many options from low-key to upscale for drinks & meals either walking or via metro/bus (steps away), friendly & very helpful staff who went out of their way to assist, comfortable beds with great room space and amenities - everything exceeded our expectations. First-time London Mom & daughter trip at a perfect location with hotel that exceeded our expectations. Separate wastebasket for recyclables would be helpful.

Centrally located-fabulous room, hotel staff were amazing! Room had a Nepresso and filtered water. Best hotel I’ve stayed in located in a major city, The twin bed mattresses pushed together were a bit weird.

Great location, friendly staff, clean and easy to work with. Lack of an internal sundry shop or restaurant. Lots nearby but the absence of an internal opportunity takes away from what would be a 5 star experience.

The location was excellent. Close to theatre, museums, restaurants and shopping. The kitchenette allowed me to make my own early am breakfast. a great convenience.

The location was exceptional. I was here for the marathon and it was prime spot. I found quite a bit of hair that wasn’t ours on the towels in the bathroom and throw pillows.

Location & comfort of the body

  • Engine customer Apr 2026

The location couldn't be better. Near to all the nightlife, restaurants, and sights. Graeme was VERY helpful. The room was a bit small and cramped. The shower floor (tub) was VERY slippery, and in my opinion dangerous. We unfortunately had a rental car - this location is not the place to have a car to deal with.

Great location, big room, quiet, comfortable bed I would have liked free coffee in the lobby.
