Everything was clean, the staff was super helpful, and we felt well taken care of. The hotel is well located, though keep in mind it's in an alley with a dead end. It was tricky for us to get out of there with the rental car. I personally had no problem with my room, but my parents had minor inconveniences. It wasn't the most cozy stay, but really don't have major complaints.

This has become a regular stay for my family and I when we are in London. Positioned right next to Mayfair and all the high end parts of London, we love the location, rooms and staff. In a previous review I labelled this hotel ad having old English charm which I maintain. It’s exceptional with class all round. There’s nothing to not like. It’s a 10/10 for us.
