Location, appearance. Very good transport links. Rooms were very comfortable with good facilities. Liked the turn down service with mints! Staff obliging and helpful, maybe that is the same thing? Easy to head into the city centre but also a lot to see nearby, generally within walking distance. Took breakfast on last morning with good choices and service. Nothing really, we have booked a future stay.

The property was clean and well finished in a beautiful building We chose the deluxe suite. 5 of the 9 pictures suggest the deluxe suites have a balcony however the hotel only has 1 room like this. In the end we had to swap from a noisy room on the first floor to a lesser room at the back of the hotel. Very disappointed and feel the hotel misrepresents its rooms on booking.com

Staff were so polite and helpful and couldn't do enough to help. We were greeted with Prosecco on check-in. Every time we left the hotel the doorman was attentive, checking we knew where we were going, giving us directions and recommendations. Location was perfect for our trip and the building fabulous. The room was excellent also. Can honestly say nothing about the hotel disappointed us, we very much enjoyed our stay at Threadneedles.

The Threadneedles was excellent throughout our stay. The staff were extremely attentive, the rooms were comfortable and spacious with great amenities included. The breakfast was very good also and again the staff were very helpful. I would just suggest more clarity around whats included for residents (perhaps a verbal explanation on day one of your stay). The hotel building's original features have been beautifully preserved and the history showcased in the lobby area. We would absolutely recommend the hotel to others and, although we typically stay in Kensington/Chelsea, we would consider relocating to stay at The Threadneedles in the future. Nothing

We loved absolutely everything. The Threadneedle Hotel is a small beautifully designed and presented hotel. Situated in the heart of London and its many heritage sites. The hotel staff were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and polite. We liked everything

The Threadneedles Hotel is very close to Bank underground station so it has great links to St Pancras station which was perfect for us. We specifically chose that location as it is very close to Bishopsgate, just a 5min walk. The hotel is well presented, very clean and the staff were all very friendly and attentive. We managed to get into the room quite early and checkout was at 11am the next day so we had plenty of time to enjoy the room. Our room had lovely city views, a big vintage style bath and jack and jill sinks. The AC in the room was also a bonus in the hot weather. Breakfast was great with a choice of cold continental and also a breakfast menu to order your full English, Eggs Royale etc. The staff were always very helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was nothing we disliked!
