Room i received was dirty and unclean. Curtains falling down had bugs, as i was bitten several times, which meant i requested another room

I couldn't have a good sleep. Sounds and doors slams can chack the room. People in the above floor were bouncing and shouting all night.

Shower head leaked, Shower didn't properly drain. We were given 3 towels for 6 days. I don't think housecleaning came by once. When we checked in we were given barely 1 roll of toilet paper. Elevators barely worked

Unfortunately we left 10 minutes after checking in because there were traces of bed bugs including shedded skins and blood stains on our mattress.

It was a little too hot for me in the room at night. I would also suggest an indication on how to get to the hotel when you come out of the underground. Apart from that my stay was perfect !

Great location - short walking distance to the City. Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Very basic hotel with everything you need for a short stay in the City. Supermarkets and cafes close by. Also close to the underground.
