Hilton Long Beach Hotel

Chose this hotel because of how close it is to the cruise terminal since we were going on one the next day, safe, clean, but one this with this and a hotels that charge to park, this is in my opinion, if you stay there and park a vehicle, that should be free for guests

The hotel was super kid friendly. They had a really cool rubber duck pond thing for the kids and a room with game boards for the kids. The swimming pool was kid/adult friendly. A great coffee shop and yummy pizza at the bar. It was super close to restaurants ,outlets and activities for kids. Just a quick uber or shuttle ride (provided by hotel). The staff was super accommodating and very friendly. We absolutely would recommend and stay here again.

We booked an upgrade room and got it, a corner room with fantastic views.

Overall, all was good ; room was excellent; self parking was poor , just a few spots for such a big hotel , was forced to use wallet parking ; staff was 50/50 ; some was very nice but there is also some with attitude like a came to their home … harassing me for my accent and pronunciation…

Tried booking 26 times a year for the next five years but Sales Manager never returned my calls or emails

Excellent location and great staff. Clean room but it had an odd smell.

room is clean as it should be. I had the last room at the end of hallway so it was very quiet. The little problem was a toilet paper holder in the bathroom was broken and shower head was awkward. Also there is no shower gel, just shampoo and conditioner. Not sure why.

Parking is completely ridiculous. There is a very small parking garage with limited space directly next to the hotel. Parking is $35. We left to go to the store and when we came back there was no parking available although we had already paid for it. Their staff stated that they do have limited parking and that we could park in the overflow area which is a couple city blocks away across the street from the hotel. We had to walk in a shady dark area when we paid $35 for parking. None of that is transparent on their website.

The ducks. And the shuttle that was available most of the time Our room didn't have bathroom exhaust system, the whole room got humid and it was very uncomfortable. The carpet smelled bad too. The si k faucet was leaking.

Everything was great except the parking. It gets a 0. No onsite available. Off side was available but across a major road. NO VALEY and it made checking in and out difficult with luggage. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Cool hotel and dog friendly

Everything was good the only complaint I have is that my daughter left her backpack in the room we called the front desk to see if they had found it they were supposed to call me back they never did I called back the next day they never answered the phone and I never received a call back

We had a very pleasant stay. Will definitely be where I stay when I go back.

the hall smelt of POT smoke (non smoking floor).

Staff was friendly, explained the amenities and arranged for our transportation. We had an issue with our room in the beginning but they were quick to resolve it.
