Excellent host , great position over looking the sea Just a little bit out from the town centre

A well run efficient and clean lovely place to stay , with spectacular views overlooking the sea . Sharon couldn't do enough for us , enabling us to get to our sailing event on time . A lovely cooked breakfast started our day perfectly and the whole experience was so friendly. Facilities were ideal for us and the room was always clean when we returned . We had a wonderful time at Seaview. Very comfortable, great host and fabulous view from our balcony! Easy walk about 20 minutes to Looe.

We loved everything. The owner Sharon was lovely and friendly. She went out of her way to make sure we had an amazing stay. The location was just great. Definitely go back. Breakfast was delicious. The property was clean, tidy, welcoming and perfectly situated to take advantage of the amazing sea views from your actual room, with a personal balcony where you could sit and enjoy the views. Even the breakfast room offered these views for when you’re eating breakfast, also with an outdoor seating area if you wanted to have breakfast outside (on this occasion the mornings were too hot to do this, but I still enjoyed the stunning views from inside). There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about this property. This was my second stay here so I knew when I came back what to expect, which was actually why I returned to this property.

Sharon cooked a fabulous breakfast to order. We had the full English 2 days and smoked haddock and poached egg the 3rd and both options were delicious and cooked with great care. Also cereals, juices and toast was available so a great start to the day, The seagulls were rather noisy at sunrise but that is part of the character of Looe!

The excellent views & breakfast which was very good The room was a little small but the views made up for that , think the weather being very hot made the room feel smaller.

Good location, 15 minute walk into Looe. The owner was lovely and there were good options for breakfast. Only 3 guestrooms so it doesn't get crowded at breakfast Small balcony with a seaview which also allows you to get a seabreeze The rooms were smaller than other places we have stayed and it was starting to warm up while we were there so we had the windows open to try and get some air in

Had a fantastic stay at the Seaview,Sharon was very friendly and welcoming,The breakfast was really good set you up for the day with plenty of choice.Fantastic room with a balcony to sit and enjoy the views, very clean and comfortable,and would definitely stay at the seaview again.

It was clean and friendly in a perfect location the view from the breakfast table was amazing, the room was perfect for me and my son it was quite at night time and breakfast was hot, well cooked and very tasty, the host was so nice and very informative and full of local knowledge and was just friendly and her husband was very friendly too when we met him. All in all I would definitely recommend the seaview to anyone. Nothing it was perfect
