I’m gonna keep my review short and sweet. If you need to contact the property prior to during the day or following or say, if you forgot anything good luck because they only have AI that answer the phone call and ultimately you end up speaking to nobody. Once we checked into our room, we were there five minutes when a man opened our door and was surprised to see be in there. I asked him who he was, and he stated he was from housekeeping. However, there was nothing that identified him as being a staff who which worked on the property. The way that he was dressed, and the fact that his pants were not zipped up or buttoned up, made us feel extremely uncomfortable as we were startled by him entering our room. In addition,, my reservation was for arrival the places in a room that was 2 queen beds but they were clearly just two full size. We were in the room less than one hour when cockroaches were crawling on the walls. We tried to contact the staff immediately, and the telephone in the room would not connect to the front desk or security. We immediately packed up our things went downstairs and were told that they did not have anything to accommodate us with. I asked to speak to the manager, and the person that came out was the same person I claimed he was from housekeeping. I questioned who he was and what role he played and how his behavior earlier made. The end result.: missing items in our rooms, a promised discount of $100 not provided, restaurants extremely hard to find.

This Hotel is THE BOMB! Super clean, safe, and so many amenities nearby. I loved it. It’s on the pricy side but was worth it for me

Great location and so pretty

The location was great and within walking distance to the Crypto Arena. The price per night is misleading, by the time you check out, between the extras, city tax, destination fees, parking, then tax on your parking it added up to almost an extra $125. That was not all disclosed when booking. Also upon arrival I was using the restroom in the lobby, a ceiling light dropped out of the ceiling and almost hit me in my head, it scared me and I let the employees at the bar know. They walked over to the area and I pointed out the light on the floor and they just apologized and said they were doing construction . That could have been very dangerous if it were to hit me.

very nice place to take vacation in, alone though.
-
Okay hotel but not what I’d usually see from a Marriott. Pool area was run by a separate company and access times were limited so that kinda sucked. Would’ve been nice to know beforehand.
-
Amazing amazing. Would recommend to stay here.

This hotel was amazing with a nice view. The room was small but still nice for a solo trip. Although the breakfast was nice didn’t know it was that pricey. Need better options for parking as well. The only thing I did like about this hotel was you didn’t need to go out to have a good time the level 8 was where you need to be. Good food and music the vibe was nice.
