Alexandria at the front desk is awesome!!

The desk clerks, housekeepers, and the staff that managed the breakfast were all very friendly and helpful. The manager performed extremely poorly. I was having trouble connecting with the internet; I contacted the tech support number provided when I checked in, but the tech person that answered said they only worked on WIFI problems and that I had to contact the front desk to clear up the problem. I went to the front desk and the manager told me in a condescending manner that there was nothing wrong with their internet, that the problem was operator error on my part. He took my phone, punched some buttons on it without telling me what he was doing and gave it back. I went back to my room and left the hotel a few minutes later and the manager asked me if MY phone was still working properly. I told him I thought he should focus on customer satisfaction and not my personal property. In both encounters the manager was flippant, condescending and rude and this bad attitude is not productive.

Basic, perfectly acceptable lodging when you need a place near Boulder. Breakfast is simple, typical for this type of property. The rooms are generally comfortable though I found the pillows to be flat and the sheets were a little past their prime with areas showing visible pilling. If they were to invest a little more in those types of details, it would be a standout three star hotel.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is close to highway access and just about 12 minutes from CU Boulder campus.

The room was clean. The blackout curtains let too much outside light in to the room, which was especially bad given the extremely bright parking lot lights. So it was hard to sleep. I didn't have a thermometer, but it seemed like the A/C didn't cool down the room at night to the temp I set. It was also very loud, but that's pretty typical for hotel A/C units. The floorplan for our 1-bedroom suite was terrible. There was a door between the living room and the bedroom, and there was a door to the toilet/shower room from the bedroom, but the sink was just open in the bedroom. So we didn't have the ability to use a fully featured enclosed bathroom with a door for light and privacy from the living room or the bedroom. This was a strain on our stay, and we will not stay here again due to this layout.

Staff was A+, especially at check-in. There was nothing in our stay to detract from an overall excellent rating. We really didn't make use of many of the hotel's amenities, but things like the swimming pool, etc. seemed well-maintained. We would happily stay here again.

It’s an older property, but rooms were clean, staff super helpful. We will stay there again when we visit soon.

there was a loud noise all night outside of the room, we had to turn on the fan and a sound on the phone to try to drown out the noise. Also, the facilities really need updated.

This is a very nice property, spotless, good little gym, and good breakfast. The one drawback for me was that the pool was locked up until 10 a.m. and I wanted to go for a quick swim before breakfast.
