Friendly staff, really comfortable beds. I loved the access to the parking lot from my room. Made it super easy to get my luggage in and out. One of the better continental breakfasts I’ve seen. I would absolutely stay here again.

Good place, good price
-
Food crumbs on the floor, carpet not vacuumed. Room was smelling
-
Seemed sad and rundown. I didn't even want to shower because the bathroom felt sterile and depressing. Cheap and adequate is my review.
-
friendly, affordable, etc

table top are sticky, stain on TV, chair has lot of dust and dirt, carpet has lot of dirty marker, drink hot water is not hot, filter water not working. I was talk to other people, they all say is dirty only front desk is good. not going to use this place any more, and will let friends know. I was stay 4 days, don't care no one was clean the room, but they must give nice clean room.
-
there is no elevator! and we were put on the 2nd floor with lots of luggage. It wasn't full so they could have kept us on the ground floor
-
No issues. Close to Boulder and I’d stay here again for the price.
-
Staff was so nice. Breakfast was decent except they couldn’t seem to keep enough coffee for the customers. One day the coffee maker was down, so there was no coffee at all.
-
The place is simple and clean.
-
Very nice place. Breakfast foods over salted, that's all.
-
The breakfast was very good. The overall facility was nice and clean.
-
The place needs a comprehensive facelift. Smelly annd outdated.
-
Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Clean overall

Everything was as expected. Quiet & Safe. Clean & comfortable enough for an inexpensive and old hotel.

This hotel is ok if you need a quick place to stay without any extras. The room was a bit dirty. The breakfast was ok, not too many options. The fitness room was out of order. The tv channels were glitchy. All in all, just ok.
-
Clean room with excellent staff. The rooms are a little dated but very clean.
-
good value.

The stairs needed vacuumed the entire 3 nights of our stay. Breakfast, mixed reviews. There is no waffle or pancake option. The eggs, green chili and bacon were pretty good. The toaster is old and only has 2 slots, which isn't adequate. Juice was good. Apples the only fruit, no yogurt. Coffee not good, and not available 24 hours. Hot tea bags weren't put out until our last morning. Trash cans full and overflowing. Staff. One lady spent most of her time talking non-stop on her phone and going outside to smoke. I guess taking care of the breakfast and guests were not her first priority. The one person who impressed was the Front Office Manager, Rori. she kept the breakfast room clean, food stocked, and handled the front desk.
