The breakfast was great

I had a great stay & was impressed by the breakfast. Yes it has some mileage but it’s pretty clean & I’d totally stay there again if I can ever justify the oddities of having to pay for parking at a slow, suburban hotel area (not a deal breaker, just annoying.) as well as it taking a whole week to get my room deposit back (which is also annoying but probably the biggest reason I wouldn’t rebook if there are other options available.)

The staff, the breakfast, the rooms, the location Just one washing machine and one dryer... It's OK.. but in the evening it's pretty hard to find a spot for washing ;)

Breakfast was ok but a little boring

Clennin a good price. The fact that you have to pay five dollars to park is ridiculous!!

Always clean, bed comfy Always an upfront charge of 75 or 100 on card! We were kept up all night by faulty fire alarms and sprinkler system whacked! All night it was going off no sleep until 2 am, had to travel at 6! Up front desk told us would get refunds for deposit and room, but we only got the deposit returned! Terrible first room , toilet would not flush and had to go down to get a new room! It was a bad stay! Susan Boyd would love a refund as promised! Room 231!

In a nice, quiet area. Ridiculous $5 charge to park. No nearby attractions that would tend to cause parking problems. Check-in very slow.

If it’s the Bill for a place to stay near the Denver International Airport. One nice option as you can leave a car there for $7 a day while travelling and take the Shuttle to the airport Clean enough but nothing impressive, a little bit worn but it works for an overnight before flying out out of DIA.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with this hotel. We had already paid for the room, but we were charged $5 for parking per day. When we got to the room, the room had a strong musty smell, even though the room itself looked nice. The sheets and towels had the same strong musty smell. They said that it was a room for people with pets, which we didn't have, but they could not change it because the hotel was full. The first night we were in bed, and around 10 pm the fire alarms when off, so we had to evacuate the hotel. No one gave us instructions, so we stood outside for 20 min. Some people went in when the fire alarms stopped, but the firefighters were still working on a room outside. I asked one of the staff members if it was safe to go in, but she didn't know, so we waited a little longer. We stayed two nights, and since no one came to clean our room, we had to ask for more toilet paper, shampoo, etc. since we were 3 people in a room. We do not recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was good and the room was clean I reserved a room with a king bed and they only had rooms with two beds available for us, even though I had a reservation for one large one
