Best Western Louisville Airport Expo

Room was clean. No bugs. We found the staff very friendly.

What a lovely hotel. Rooms nice and spacious with plenty of cabinets and a super comfortable bed. Nicely decorated with horse artwork. About 15 minutes from Churchill Downs. 10/10 and I would stay here again.

It was worth the money that we had paid.

Close to the Expo Center. Very easy to get too. Neighborhood not the greatest.

I slept the best I’ve ever slept in a hotel bed. The bed was wonderful and comfortable and I got two good nights sleep.

Pool was closed with no notification. Elevator was broke. Toilet wouldn’t flush a turd. Just overall relatively poor experience

This place seems to be newly renovated. it was clean. However the walls and doors seem cheaply built or thin. There was a crying baby beside us and it sounded like it was in our room. They were nice enough to move us but just heads up the walls are thin and the doors shutting in the hallway are very noticeable through the night. Its also right by the airport but that did not bother me at night with the AC running. All in all average place and fine if you aren't overpaying.

We have two small children and we loved this hotel. Clean property and convenient location. We got checked out of our room early for some reason but staff was great helping us get it sorted. We would recommend.

Good location to the expo center Had to switch rooms 3 times- the door didn’t lock, it smelled like smoke. Elevator was broken. Breakfast is meh at best
