Spark by Hilton Louisville Airport

This place was very ok. When we walked into our room, there was a huge puddle of water coming from the air conditioning unit and standing on the floor. My husband immediately turned around and went to tell the front desk worker who offered him all of the pool towels we wanted to mop up the water, and he told him he would put a work order in. We stayed two nights and had about 6 or 8 towels under the air unit before we left. The breakfast was eatable.

The let us into the pool but there was a sign saying it was closed by the health department on the gate witch we didn’t see until we were already in the pool

Our room was nice. The a/c was loud and had some sand like stuff on top of it. The continental breakfast was a nice surprise. It was also great to have a microwave in our room. The staff were all friendly.

I cannot believe this hotel is a Hilton! Paris would NEVER stay here; even in her simple life days!!

Poor breakfast. Fairly bare bones with amenities. Staff were courteous and helpful but this felt more like a Motel 6, not a Hilton

The entire staff was very kind and did their best to accommodate. They did their best to remedy the lack of amenities. I was very appreciative of their willingness to help. Staff was wonderful. Rooms were clean and the renovations look nice. Our first night we didn't have water for a least an hour and a half. The water could have been shut off longer, we weren't there a lot. We come down to show livestock. We run on a very scheduled time frame. Not being able to shower and get the kids to bed was a disadvantage. We also weren't able to use the laundry or ice machine due to them being unavailable because of construction. Breakfast was very simple and not quite what we were expecting.

Location, size of room, price Front desk staff was not always at desk. Beds had some stains on sheets. TV guide did not work - no help from staff to fix. Breakfast: old coffee, no butter, no bagels, no juice. It’s like they knew they were being bought out - so no one cared…

Nice location to the Expostion center. Rooms were not cleaned 5 days, breakfast very poor!
