Fabulous property updated amenities and plenty to do. Bar and restaurant onsite with beautiful views. The pool has plenty of space with tables and nice spaces out tables for sitting to have drinks. The valet parking is another convenience that we appreciated. We will definitely stay again.

Would add that if you want room service for your 2nd day stay like new towels, you have to ask for it. Didn’t get it until after 3PM

All the staff (hosts,bartenders,servers) in the whole hotel were all great! The hotel was beautiful over all. The only cons for our stay was the self parking was a little walk from the hotel, the hot tub needed some repair to the jets and the city pass for locals just to use the pool brought some unwelcomed guests. Over all I would definitely stay here again!

Limited number of towels in room, asked for more towels. When we returned to room the towels were laying on the hallway floor, ugh! Visited the pool Saturday evening around 6. Guest left towels and trash around seating area and no one from the hotel staff cleaned up and just left it there until 8pm closing of the bar. Lots of guests were still at the pool at 8pm with no access to drinks or food.

We always love staying at The Omni in Louisville. The property is very clean, beds are comfortable, staff is welcoming, and it is walking distance to attractions and restaurants. We especially love and recomend enjoying a beer at Country Boy Brewing on the property before heading to dinner.
