the shower was excellent. The breakfast was amazing

Room was clean and the breakfast was very good. Only dislike was that the thermostat in the room would not go below 68 degrees. Room stayed warm.

Checked in my room to have a room where the template was 78 called and requested they come switch us rooms or fix the air so the maintenance man came and change the filter and said give it bout 30 minutes to cool off I waited 1 hr as I went to the pool to kill off time came back to the room template dropped to 76 and room was still warm called down to front desk again with this same complaint and was told maintenance would come check again and maintenance never came.ove stayed here plenty of times and this is the 1st time I have had any issues that wasn’t fixed on the first go around

An amazing hotel for the price! Will return!

When booking your next trip, make sure what time is the shuttle running. Expedia booked the whole trip with shuttle. Once arrived with family at the airport half hour earlier than scheduled flight, we contacted the hotel and were informed that there are no more shuttles. Had to order Uber to get to the hotel. When I contacted Expedia, I was told that the shuttle is complimentary, which I understand, but it would be nice to know that only during certain time during the day. Not satisfied at all.

Clean room, pack n play was in the room. Didn't love the cost of parking but understand it was in the middle of downtown.

Took a while for room to cool down. Still didn’t get as cool as we prefer. Breakfast was good. Room was clean.

The rooms were clean but a bit dated and showing some wear. It has a good breakfast and Brendon’s 23 was wonderful

I loved this place. The nice clean rooms got me thru a very hard time as I was there to bury my son. This was one less thing I had to worry about.

The building is very beautiful and well appointed. It was very quiet and clean. Our room was very comfortable. The bed was amazing. Nothing.

Location is fantastic! Close to attractions and restaurants! Staff is always friendly and helpful! Valet service is absolutely worth it! Our room air conditioner was not working great but it was tolerable.

Our fun weekend in Louisville included our hotel! Easy check-in and spacious, comfortable room. Bonus for the delicious breakfast and cocktails in the evening. Surprise was the cool atriums located throughout the middle of the floors. Our family occupied different rooms, different floors but we met up for games and conversation in these and they were delightful. The proximity to restaurants and activities was convenient as well. A really nice place to stay!
