This hotel is the perfect place to stay if your seeing a show at the Louisville Palace! The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. The restaurant upstairs was very good!

Next stop restaurant. The menu on line was no longer available. The menu at the restaurant was only partially available. No steak, no salad, no ice tea to be ordered. I The computers were having issues causing the room keys not to work on day two. The television had no signal the majority of our stay. us. I’ve never had this many issues with one hotel stay.

The ladies who assisted us checking in and out were so kind and helpful and the recommendation for brunch was really nice as well. They accommodated for our stay exceptionally well.

I understand all companies can have issues, but the entire computer system for Hilton world wide (according to the front desk) they also said that is went down earlier in the week. This can’t happen with a business this large. Took over a hour to get checked in to no fault of the front desk, they finally shifted and went old school to get people in there rooms. Room key wouldn’t work and no internet till 11:00pm.
