Love the older atmosphere. Everything was clean. Slept great. Just remember the higher floors, the water pressure isn’t great.

The historical ambience and friendliness of the staff from the piano player in the lobby to the wait staff and the staff in the gift shop was warm and genuine. The parking charges were a little confusing. The parking garage is attached and right next door which is great. However, if you self park, it's cheaper as long as you don't leave. It's more expensive to pay through the hotel, but you're allowed to come and go. I didn't quite understand the reasoning behind that arrangement.

The facility is outstanding and the convenience of the location is great The air conditioning needs work. Very hot in room even with thermostat down

The fact that there is no directions pinned anyway to show you where to find what was bizarre. You can’t know where the rooftop is, you won’t know where to find the gallery, restaurant etc , unless you ask someone!! Adding reimplements directions in the elevators or anywhere they can easily be seen would be amazing.

Great hotel and location! Love the design of the hotel. Rooms were large and so was the closet. Hot water was not so hot and the shower drain was clogged. Other than that would stay here again.

It was like traveling back in time, With an elegance lost in many modern hotels. The Brown has a luxury hotel feel and doesn’t compromise modern amenities so that our stay could be very comfortable.
