Great location—easily walkable to everything in old town without being right on the main street. Staff interactions were odd, and we had to track down a staff member when we tried to check in. Rooms were outdated and could have used a deep clean. Breakfast was very disappointing. Our room in the back was quite loud, as the hallway was open to neighbors’ homes. Overall, it was a decent place to sleep but we were very happy to check out.

The location in the heritage area with breakfast terrace overlooking the Mekong.is wonderful. Teak floor room felt traditional,comfortable bed and good AirCon. We were made to feel very welcome. Lots of restaurants nearby. Not chic or stylish but what do you expect for the great price.!

It was a traditional old hotel. Very clean and comfortable. We had a great deck looking towards the Mekong. The staff was very helpful. I made a mistake with my booking and they were so kind and helped fix the situation . I liked everything!

The Recipectionist did not greet or acknowledge ua during the stay. As well as indifferent to requests and questions asked about the lack of amenities. Did not receive everything advertised. The breakfast buffet is very poor quality and cold. I don't recommend it .

The hotel is walking distance to the main street. The view during breakfast. Having 2 big beds. The beds where comfortable. The laundry service. The room has lots of windows but only 1 is in use so the room was super dark. The breakfast was not special. It was ok though. The restaurant where the breakfast is served has aged. To be fair most the restaurant and cafes on this street are. The value for money does not seem right to us.

The hotel is located right on the Mekong and short walk to the Main Street. The room was large and spacious and the bed was pretty comfortable. Hotel was clean as well. The WiFi kept on dropping and was very poor in the room. The lad at reception wasn’t very useful and one of the lads who did the desk doesn’t speak any English. Breakfast was across the road nice view but was fairly limited for selection.

I could not access internet from my room and had to go down to the lobby to use it. The main staff person, who was there during business hours was very nice. He set up several tours for me and was kind. But the 2 people who staffed it early in the morning and later in the evening did not have good english skills and were generally not helpful. Location was great as was the housekeeping. Internet access and staff in the morning and evenings.

the property is close to the Night Market, the main street with cafes and shops, river side restaurants All is different from the pictures, so bring your expectations down. I had booked the place as the bfast place looks lovely in pictures, well, it is not quite like that.. I think the TVs are from the 70s, dod not try to switch on. The first night we had plumbing isdues with the toilet.We did not sleep well any of the nights, first due to loud drunken chinese in the property next door, the rest of the nights due to people in other rooms and outside speak loud at 4-5am with no regards to others sleeping..will not return

Friendly and helpfull staff, helped booked trips and fixed a power outage in the middle of the night in minutes. Great location next to the river, breakfast included on the river side. -

Location was good Nice staff at reception Misleading! Don't book! We had to move out in the middle. Inner Room All windows facing the wall! The toilet was blocked all the time! Not clean! The owner didn't show any understanding. Just took our money. We paid twice for these nights.
