It’s fine location and decent bed The receptionist was rude, housekeeping came into the room without knocking, just opened the door while we were inside. The room was small, completely not same as the picture. Couldn’t close the door in the toilet. Too expensive for this quality

Friendly service, good showers, location
-
It’s a family-run hotel, very clean and worth the money. Great location as it is near old temples and night market. The owner couple is very friendly and also speak English well. None

The hotel was in a good location. The rooms were really small, they offered a limited selection for breakfast. It felt more like a budget hostel than a hotel.

I checked in on the late night around 22:30pm after a long bus trip from Vientiane. The host were there to wait for me and he was so helpful on explaining me everything about Luang Prabang New Year festival and to plan my next trip. Unfortunately due to lack of time I couldn’t stay more than one night, but great place, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast and wide range. Staff really kind, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and it truly made our trip to Luang Prabang that much better. The location was within walking distance of the night bazaar, Mekong river, and other attractions. Breakfast was served every morning and the staff were the highlight of this hotel. They were friendly and attentive, helping with booking a waterfall tour and onward train ticket. Thank you for an amazing trip, we would definitely stay here again:)

The family on reception were so nice and helpful. They were really patient and wanted the best for our stay. She gave great recommendations. They tidied our room so nicely.

Super kind family- they have the cutest daughter! Very friendly and accommodating. Great location!

We found the staff rude, maybe it was a misunderstanding but never the less don't tell your guests off for doing what we were told us to do by your staff

We loved this boutique hotel although in European terms this is definitely more of a guest house. If you are looking for something comparable to a Hilton or Best Western this is not for you and you need to up your budget. It is a delightful small hotel within easy walking distance of the town centre and a wonderful helpful hosts who provide everything you need. It is family run business and they genuinely care about their clients. They have a no shoe policy which is perfectly reasonable given this is their home and with building work nearby entirely necessary (they do provide sliders). Excellent laundry service (35k and same day return). I loved the shower and plenty of hot water. Wi-Fi is good, rotated a little but certainly not the worst we have experienced and was good enough for our needs. Cinemax on TV which was good for English films. Very comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel. If we could have two pillows each that would have been better - but to be fair we did not ask for another one and it was not a deal breaker for us!

I travelled here with my father. Rose is soooo friendly and sweet, and we actually extended for 2 more nights after leaving for one night in a local experience and realizing how awful that experience was. We messaged rose and asked to come back and she gave us both very spacious family rooms next to each other. I spent my birthday morning here & they celebrated with cake & sang happy birthday so warmly to me. It was a very positive experience. They even allowed us to check in early on both times we stayed.

Friendly staff, cosy room and nice breakfast. The hotel is located on a busy dusty street, about 20-25 min walk from the Palace /National Museum. The room was clean, decorated but not soundproof, could clearly hear guests from other rooms talking. The breakfast was nice, however the house right next to the hotel was still building and the construction work started at 8am while we were having breakfast!! Was wondering if it was pepper or dust in our food as the dining area was outside and right next to the construction site. Also found that the tours the hotel offered were >30 % overpriced.

Our stay here was absolutely amazing - the room was so clean, perfect location close to everything & the amazing staff were so accommodating - they helped us to rent a bike and book the train to our next location - nothing was too much trouble for them! Not to mention the breakfast was delicious - if you're coming to Luang Brabang you should definitely stay here!
-
Nice couple with their baby who run the place Nice breakfast options There can be construction noise from next door Have to remove shoes every-time you enter
-
Very thin walls, you could hear a lot from the hallway and other rooms.
