Soutikone2 Guesthouse

Hotel is nothing like the pictures. The toilet was broke. There was a sign to place toilet paper in a basket. Very dark, dim lights. We were on the first floor right next to their desk and very noisy. We stayed one night and checked out. Found another hotel for the remaining two nights.

La chambre etait spacieuse et confortable. Le personnel super gentil, chaleureux et à l'ecoute, tres reactif pour la moindre question.

スタッフは親切で英語もよくつうじるし、朝食もついていて、場所もちょうどいい。価格からすると充分です。 In a squall, rain makes puddles in the room, and sewage pipes run through the room, so the sound of sewage flowing in the room above is sounded. It is worth the price including the construction and cleanliness. The staff is kind and speaks English well, breakfast is included, and the location is just right. Good enough for the price.

ちゃんとホットシャワーが出る。街の中心に徒歩でアクセスできる。値段が安い。周辺に商店があり買い物には困らない。 悪いところ Wi-Fiが使い物にならない。部屋はそれなりに古く虫も多い。滅茶苦茶愛想の悪いスタッフがいる。朝食は美味しくない。 値段が安いので満足度はそれなりです。

Great location near the night market and the Mekong. Healthy breakfast and good coffee.

somewhat far from downtown

Staff seems to be friendly and seems to talk in "English" . Girl on reception asked how was my day and i replied good , thanks , when will you finish .. she didnt understand and replied sorry no speak english . SO DONT speak anything apart from intial greetings . Overall i wont recommenced this place for anyone there are far better place around and cheaper too .. there feedback seems to rigged .

The staff is amazing and so friendly! The room was clean and the bed was huge! Breakfast is delicious, especially the banana pancake!

This was our second stay at Soutikone over a 5 day period and it was even better than our first. The room was huge and the bed was perhaps the biggest i’ve ever had in a hotel room. As per our previous atay the service, AC, wi-fi were impeccable

We arrived at the hotel late following a long day transfer via bus from Chiang Rai in Thailand, however the hotel made everything so easy, showing us straight to our room. The room was one of the cleanest we’ve had in Laos, with great wi-fi, a big bed and air con. The staff were also the friendliest we’ve encountered on our 4 month trip around Asia. Would highly recommend this place.

Wow! We had the best experience at this guesthouse. The room was clean, spacious, and offered more than expected like coffee, water, refreshments, refrigerator, and towels. Also, the staff were very friendly and polite, especially, the young man at the reception. Then we were served with a delicious breakfast in the morning. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you!!!

My boyfriend and I originally booked 2 nights at this hotel, however when we got here, the staff were so friendly and helpfull, the room was clean and comfy, we just felt a good vibe overall and booked another 2 nights. The staff gave us a really helpful map of the area and showed us everything we needed to know. The breakfast was great. Comfy bed. Clean bathroom. Location was good. Overall, very happy with this place!

Had a really great stay here. The staff were lovely, super helpful with directions, suggestions and booking tours. The free breakfast in the morning was amazing, definitely one of the best I've had for the price. Would stay here again for sure.
