Staff is nice The sheets and especially the pillowcases were not clean stains from previous guest and smelled male perfume. The room could use a good clean, stains on walls, water cup in bathroom is full of toothpaste residue I guess you get what you pay for

Located in a quiet street, the host is amazing and extremely helpful. -He gave great recommendations for sightseeing, organised a motorcycle, and laundry within just one hour from the checking in.

Cannot recommend this place enough! Staff were so friendly and helpful. They were happy to help with booking tours/ transfers for us too. The room was massive and very clean. The breakfast was tasty and the location can't be beaten in Luang Prabang. Nothing!

The room was comfortable and large with two double beds. The staff were nice and the main guy spoke reasonably good English. He arranged a scooter rental and a car to the airport for us. The breakfast was okay; choice of eggs, sausage or ham and nice smoothies. The location is great; close to the Night Market yet quietly tucked down an alley. The breakfast coffee wasn't good but there's plenty of good coffee options around.

The staff makes you feel like you are part of the family. They help you arrange anything you need. The hotel itself is very close to the great night market, and the Hill. This place was great, and I highly recommend it.

This was an excellent value-for-money family room, in a convenient location in Luang Prabang. The staff were incredibly helpful - organising tours, taxis and laundry for us during our 3 night stay. The bathroom/wetroom floor became flooded at one point during the stay, though we managed to unclog the drain outlet ourselves.

The hotel location is very close, next to the night market. The staff is extremely friendly and kind, always helping when I need it. The room is spacious and fully equipped. I recommend the hotel. nothink all so nice hotel
