A simple older style hotel/guest house in a perfect location between the main street and the river. This street is lovely, very pretty and typical LP. Laundry is available a few doors up, easy access to everything. The aircon in our room barely worked. The fan helped somewhat. The sun hit the windows on our side of the hotel, so even with the curtains closed, the room got very hot by day. There is building work next door; there was a lot of noise all day, every day. The shower hose is above the bath, handheld and awkward. Front desk staff didn't seem to want to interact with guests in any pleasant way.

The location is great! Right at the center and very close to the night market. The staff were very nice and helpful. There was a construction work outside our window that started around 7 am

Great location, comfy beds, very clean, cheap Beerlaos. Fabulous washing lady next door. One room didn’t have a shower curtain so the bathroom become very wet.

We liked the location near everything. The staff were really friendly.

Very close to night market and river. They did our laundry and it all came back clean and in good condition Smell in the bathroom. Afternoon receptionist did not know English and it was very hard also to communicate using google translate. No fault of the hotel, but street very very loud in the early morning hours.

Location is excellent- close to night market and food market. Nice space to sit outside. Laundry facilities across the road. Motorbike and car hire across the road also. Generally tired room and bathroom. Shower needs updating.
