The location is really amazing. Very central, and a beautiful place. It was so lovely to eat outside in front and the food was very good. Staff were very helpful and friendly. It was nice to be able to use the Sofitel pool, and to have a private car ride over there. I had a room on the ground floor (room 1) which had a lovely outside space to sit. The snacks given each night were appreciated. I really enjoyed it a lot. Thank you.

The staff! The hotel is comfortable, historical, clean, and a heritage property but the real highlight is the staff — genuinely friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. One of the best experiences I’ve had, and I’d definitely come back! It’s a heritage property, so my room didn’t have a TV, which was a good thing for me, but may put off other guests.

One of the best breakfasts I've ever had. Location was the best, it was right on the the main street of the city. The water drain was a bit slow, it's understandable because the hotel is a historic building.

Great location, absolutely beautiful hotel. Really nice food and staff are all excellent. Special mention to Fan who looked after us at breakfast and dinner. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great hotel, great location, warm and polite staff, the room was very clean, I especially like the layout and lighting atmosphere of the room, very warm. Exquisite breakfast, the hospitality and attentiveness of the restaurant waiters Miss Mim and Mr. Fan are very pleasant. I will stay here again next time.

perfect location for the alms of the monks early morning (around 6 am). you can see them from your room. nearby the most beautiful temples (walking distance). with a complementary bicycle a short ride to sofitel for the refreshing swimming pool. good breakfast à la carte, lots of choice the rooms are very noicy because of the old french building - good to use earplugs

The hotel staff were very nice, and Linda at the reception was brilliant. The reception, breakfast and the bar areas were really nice. The rooms and bathrooms needs to be refreshed.

Very beautiful and comfortable hotel, room and bed, best location, near temples, cafes, restaurants, etc. The hotel’s restaurant itself is excellent, and the bar on the other side of the street is charming with the sax live music in the evening. But most special of all, and what made my stay memorable, is the staff, the best, always so kind, smiling, thoughtful, attentive. No words will be enough to thank you, girls, Nouy, Ning, Linda, Mim, Pookie …. Please forgive me if I forgot someone… Thanks for making my stay so special ! Everything was perfect.
