Fantastic location for the town centre. Lovely old building. Good breakfast & helpful staff. Noise not a problem but we do sleep with ear plugs. We had a no smoking ground floor room with balcony, which was lovely. However smoking is permitted on the balconies, which are separated by a trellis, and our neighbour smoked. This unfortunately meant that we were unable to sit on our balcony when he was there. It also meant that we had to close our door to prevent the smoke from entering our room.

Amazing location, right off the street of the night market. There are 3 layers to the doors, so it blocks out the street traffic noise. Our room had a cute porch that looked out over the river.

Location of the hotel was amazing, great view from the room and staff were really helpful. Very close to all the nice bars and restaurants, the night market and the temples.

Luang Prabang is the most beautiful city in the world and the hotel is one of the very attractive buildings in it.

The location is very central, staff is helpful and friendly, the rooms and beds are super comfy and cozy, there is a lot of space. There is a nice french colonial vibe in the hotel which makes your trip more authentic. The rooms which are on the street are very noisy which can affect your sleep. The noise starts early morning from 4-5am due to the trourist groups parking their vans in front of the hotel so when they do so, the walls and the windows are shaking. Also, after that the drivers are talking loud, shouting so after 05am it is impossible to sleep. Eventually they will go away after 07am but after that you are already awake...

Good location, easy walking distance to restaurants, cafes , night market. Staff helped us with booking train tickets - easy process. Owner friendly and polite. Rooms are a bit dated and basic but clean and good pressure shower in my room

Best location with the best view of Nam Khan River. I had stayed here 18 years ago. After all these years I still like it here the best. Very friendly and helpful staffs. Facilities can be better.
