The accommodation is located in the old town area, and it's quiet and clean.

The owner, Adam, is exceptionally helpful, friendly, and always responds quickly to WhatsApp messages. He provided me and my friends with all the support we needed during our stay, including helping us book tours. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It made our stay even more enjoyable, and the city itself is absolutely amazing!

I stayed here for a few days, the room and the entire hotel are VERY CLEAN, the linens and towels smell amazing and fresh. Every day when they clean the room they replace coffee, free water bottles, and so on. The gentleman at the front desk is super nice, HELPFUL, and always available. He helped me even when I was sick to find the best clinic, the best pharmacy with an English speaking pharmacist. Reception can make all the arrangements for SHOWS, TOURS, TRANSPORT. Everything in the room is very well kept, NEW AC UNIT, NEW HAIRDRYER. The breakfast is DELICIOUS, they have an entire menu for you to select from, and plate of many fresh fruits for each person. It has A GREAT LOCATION, right near the night market, and on the river front.

Location - view of the river - given its location it was very peaceful/ spacious room and bathroom- the bathroom had all little amenities including razor tooth brush etc - towels were soft and bed was comfortable- the hotel manager was amazing,hospitable and very responsive to messages. Place was very clean and WiFi worked perfectly The mosquitos in the air but that is all over

Great location right by the river and close to the night market. The atmosphere of the property is very relaxing and the bed was comfortable. Nothing at all! Everything was perfect.

Central location in the peninsula of Luang Prabang. Short walking distance to Phousi Mt, morning/night markets, cafes/restaurants, national museum and major temples. Room quiet and clean. View of Nam Khan River AND sunrise! Owner Adam is courteous and super-helpful with all attraction bookings, transits and fast train tickets. Breakfast is very good with many choices. None

The location was very close to the things we wanted to visit, shopping, restaurants. Adam, the owner, was great helping us figure things out. He pointed us to a great restaurant our first night. Also when we left a phone in the room at checkout he tracked it down for us, saving the day. We felt it was a little overpriced for the facilities and the lack of access to outside (view or balcony). We did get upgraded to a balcony room but the balcony was too small to spend time on. I would advise asking for a room with a true balcony. Breakfast was up and down- we loved the banana pancakes but not the coffee or juice. A few more items like this would make a big difference.

Loved this hotel. Beautiful wooden floors and doors, high ceilings, and large room. Balcony over looking the river. Great location near to everything. It was quiet at night. Breakfast was ok. Very nice banana pancakes.

River view and beautiful room. Bathroom facilities and toiletries improvement for the price range. Breakfast was limited. No fridge in room and TV was small and out of date. No Netflix or watchable programs.

Very clean and quiet. The owner Mr Adam was very friendly & helpful. The stairs to the upper floor were quite steep. One has to be very careful climbing up & down. Also no hand towels are provided. Plus there’s no stand in the shower to keep the bodywash & shampoo

The location was great. Adam, the concierge, is great. The breakfast is great. I recommend the banana pancakes. The rooms were clean, and the internet was good. The shower could have been hotter, and I'm sure Adam's gonna get that sorted out. I would have preferred not to have a room on the first floor off the lobby. But I had my choice between a beautiful big suite and a room with twin beds. Might just be something to consider.

This hotel is in an excellent location. The owner is a very helpful and kind person. My room was quiet and comfortable. The bathroom sink drain was a little slow.
