Good breakfast - made to order - outside your room’s door. Nice room: clean, spacious, quiet. Perfect location. Very responsive and accommodating staff. AC didn’t work great, but there was a fan also. Shower had the best water pressure of the trip! All the amenities present. Very nice. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for everything!

If you're staying in Luang prabang, and you don't stay here, you're missing out. It's a great location, the staff is beyond helpful (ask Mr. Bo at the front desk about anything from good restaurants to the best tours); and the rooms themselves are clean, well maintained, and very reasonably priced. Decent Wi-Fi. I was able to work and have online video meetings without issue. When it comes to breakfast, I'm not much of a breakfast person. But their selection is very nice, and the drinks are absolutely delicious. Go for the watermelon juice, you won't regret it! I travel full time, and this is exactly the type of place you want to come back to after a long day of touring. Even the minibar is reasonably priced. Only wish I could stay for longer.

Nice location on the tiver and spacious rooms, free water and great shower pressure. The thing that stuck the most was the staff, very attentive and friendly: they helped us with storing the bike inside the place every night, gave us directions and chatted with us at any chance they get. Bo was really an amazing host and we really recommend it ❤️

The staff were incredibly nice, and the breakfast was great. The shower was great. Bed was comfortable. Price was nice. Whereas the staff did try to help with my request for a quiet room, unfortunately the noise from the street in between the guesthouse and the river was quite loud at most hours of the day and into the evening. This is the case for most of the guesthouse in town actually. Also the "river view" is only from the balcony, where the street noise is louder of course, and none of the windows had any view at all.

It was a short stay for us, but the hotel had a great location and offered good value for a one-night stay, including a simple breakfast. It was an easy walk to both the night and morning markets. The rooms were decent and relatively clean, with well-functioning air conditioning and a separate shower and toilet.

It was an exceptional stay. We were traveling with our little one, and the hotel owner helped us with everything. He let us use the kitchen to cook our own food, bought vegetables at the market for our baby, and did not take any money for it. The room was clean and the location was good. Highly recommended.

The location was superb! Pretty close to Phousi Hills, Wat Xiengthong, market area, and nice cafes/restaurants. It’s pretty quiet out here, which I really liked. Also, the breakfast was pretty decent. Fresh fruit, tea, and choice of main dish. Shower ran with hot water as well. The hotel staff Bo was very accommodating, always checking on us if everything was ok. The WiFi connection was very strong so if you need to get a little bit of work done during your stay, that should be no problem as well. If you are someone who cannot stand couple of small flies and newts, this may not be the place. (This is default in South East Asia)I wasn’t bothered at all. I was on the ground floor, so second floor might have less bugs if you are bothered. Also I would recommend bringing your own body soap/shampoo etc. if you like mild fragrances- especially JPN people. Not a huge issue, but little spicy for me lol
