What an amazing time we had at the Souphattra Hotel Luang Prabang. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The food and service were outstanding, and the entire staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. One detail that truly stood out was the breakfast service—staff remembered our orders from the day before, which really showed their attention to detail and care for guests. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a wonderful ambiance throughout. Every corner reflected a high level of cleanliness and thoughtful design.  And I can’t forget the pho—it was absolutely amazing! The location is also perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and everything you’d want to explore.  We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future. Honestly, we hated to leave. ?? Special thank you to Chan the general manager who made sure our stay was incredible. Beautiful design everywhere. Staff were excellent. The shuttle was great. Breakfast and coffee was excellent! Bed and room were fantastic. Making up our room was really efficient. Crib was ready when we arrived. The only minor was the privacy of our room being on the ground floor and opposite the pool cafe and somewhere to hang wet swim clothes to dry would be handy on the balcony.

a comfortable boutique hotel with some character; very friendly staff. loved the free bike rental and availability of shuttles to the city centre. breakfast room was very busy on one day, meaning shared tables and rather a wait. But I guess it was just bad timing.

- beautifully presented room which smelt of peppermint oil upon check in which was a lovely and relaxing touch. - Incredible pool - Very clean and the staff were very friendly. - breakfast was great, we got to choose from a wide selection of options and you are actually able to order from every single option if you wanted to. Nothing :)

Overall is acceptable. Cleanness meets standard, yet still has room to improve. Staffs are helpful, but for 4-stars hotel still has room to improve too. I think the service quality can be lifted up. Before arrival, I ask about tour and hotel detail via Whatsapp to plan my family trip. But staffs say they can tell us once we arrive at hotel. So we can’t exactly plan ahead. We need to do most of things by ourselves without recommendation.

The staff. The rooms were clean, pool lovely. A little far out but the, provided free shuttle. No cappuccino at breakfast unless you paid extra.

Absolutely amazing service. You are treated like royalty. The hotel is beautiful, pool is awesome, and rooms are a good size. It’s a little far from the main area roughly a 30 minute walk. But they have bikes you can borrow and that more than makes up for it!

Great hotel located at central zone of Luang Prabang. Facilities always clean, with very nice colonial style. Great Pool, it has safe zone for kids under 3 years, and deepest location is about 6 feet; it has also a nice waterfall on the side wall. Hotel staff is very nice and friendly, offer support to your plans and guide you as you need it.

Everything was perfect! And it is important to say that there were absolutely NO bugs or mosquitos in the room. Very clean and cozy place. And they have their own transport to drive you anywhere in the city. Service is very good.

The staff were amazing, kind, helpful and polite. The food was freshly cooked, of a very high quality and very reasonably priced. The hotel itself is beautiful, built in a colonial style and very well maintained. Although the road outside is relatively busy, once we were in the grounds we could not hear any traffic and the atmosphere was very calm and peaceful. On arrival, we were greeted with chilled washcloths to freshen up alongside a complimentary welcome drink. Every facility of the hotel was explained in great detail and every member of staff we spoke to either spoke excellent English, or immediately found somebody else to assist us. The reservations manager, Mr Phongsavanh, personally supervised our check out and genuinely seemed to care that we had enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend this hotel. We hated leaving here and wished we had booked this hotel for our entire stay in Laos.
