Felt like being suspended in time and space, observing the sacred daily rituals of the monks. In the midst of so many Temples was heavenly for me personally. Gentle pace of life I hope this remains. Love the people, and the wonderful freshly made fruit juices. Food absolutely divine. If you are a seafood lover you will love it here. Nothing, we loved the hotel and the staff who were extremely helpful.

Second time we have stayed at this wonderful boutique hotel on a quiet street steps from the town’s main attractions. Comfortable bed, friendly and accommodating staff, and very nicely appointed rooms and common areas.

This was a place that felt “homey”. Nothing about it was standard fare. Everything seemed personally attuned to our specific needs. The GM was especially knowledgeable and was helpful in knowing about Luang Prabang including restaurants, shopping, the movement of the monks and locations of the temples. Not only for us, but including other guests. He pointed how and where to see the monks in the morning. This was special if you like the “real” feel. Nothing was typical, it was tailored to the individual's needs.

A beautiful property, masterfully restored and run by a kind, and helpful team. Our only regret is that we could t stay longer.

Beautifully restored heritage home. Location is very close to the Main Street, but tucked away on a quiet street so had no issues with noise. Western and Lao breakfast options were delicious. The privacy curtain in the ground floor room could have been a bit thicker for added privacy, but the street was quiet so it didn’t bother us much.

We loved everything! Location was perfect, a quick walk to the main strip, the morning market, the night market, the river, and Mt Phousi. Our room was large and spacious with a comfortable bed, dark and quiet at night, powerful AC, and clean bathroom with dual sinks. We loved being directly across from the temple and waking up with the drums at 5:45 to respectfully watch the alms giving ceremony right from the patio. A lot more of an authentic experience than watching with the crowds of tourists on the main road. Most importantly the staff went above and beyond for us throughout our stay. We would stay here again for sure!

I wish it had little more yard space, but the building was truly beautiful.

The location is great, right around the corner from the night market. The building itself is stunning and was the only place I’d been during my time in South East Asia that managed to be comfortable without air-conditioning! The staff were really helpful and the breakfast was delicious. Nothing.

This place is a gem! The location is perfect, the building is stunningly renovated, and the staff is incredibly welcoming. Their helpfulness made us feel truly at home. Our ground-floor room lacked a view, though I imagine other rooms facing the nearby temple offer a much better one.

We had a hard time paying for the $16 balance when we were checking out. Their credit card machine failed to charge and the (local) guy at the front desk complaining our $16 cash had creases and wasn't new enough!!

A little bit noisy, I waked up a few times in the first night. After that I used earplugs and had good sleeping nights.

Guillaume was extremely friendly and full of useful information. It's a fantastic building, one of the most attractive in Luang Prabang, and that is saying something. Rooms were elegant, well furnished and very clean. Opposite the beautiful monastery. A cool vibe permeates the whole place. Breakfast was quite limited compared to other places we stayed in Luang Prabang.

It is super stylish, clean and beautiful hotel! Rooms are spacious, new, and comfortable. The hotel is in the best spot to reach all atractions in Luang Prabang. Friendly and helpful staff. We like everything.

This hotel is stunning and perfectly located in the heart of the old town. The recently renovated historic building is magnificent and the design choices complement it perfectly. The staff were very nice and helpful though some have better English than others. And the very helpful and gracious owners gave us great restaurant recommendations and tips on enjoying our visit. We enjoyed the breakfast a lot and found it worth it. The setting is beautiful and the croissants and fresh fruit are very tasty. Only small complaint is a slight sewage smell in the bathroom - this may just be a fact of being in a historic building. Also not at all the hotel’s fault, but be aware staying in the old town is amazing but a bit noisy! Pre-dawn drumming from the temple, packs of dogs howling in the middle of the night etc. There was no restaurant/bar noise though as the hotel is away from the Main Street.
