The staff were great and breakfast was pretty good. A lovely pool and garden. I recommend the suite if your budget stretches that far I ate at the restaurant one evening and the food was shockingly bad. It really tasted like it was left in a microwave for an hour and smelled rotten. Avoid at all costs.

Staff were really attentive breakfast was fairly basic but ok walk to the night market in about 20mins or 5 mins on a tuk tuk. Overall a decent stay in a really good room

The room was nice, pool nice and lovely variety at breakfast. Most of the staff spoke very little English which led to a couple of misunderstandings. Every morning tour groups arrived to the front of the hotel to take part in giving alms to the passing monks. Disrespectful and horrible! The bar had a big cocktail menu but refused to make most of them. Large Chinese group of guests stripped the breakfast buffet every morning, spat by the pool and shouted all the time.

The quality of the service from the staff was really high. The rooms were nice and felt luxury. The breakfast was okay, we had so much options. However, nothing taste really good. It was all ok.

The pool was very nice and breakfast was excellent. I sat outside by the fish pond. It was a long walk to the city, but they also provided a shuttle service there. One dau they drive me around so that I could buy a plug adaaptor. My only genunine complaint was that the wifi was very weak.

Sada Hotel is a very comfortable, mid-range hotel to stay in Luang Prabang. It is on a road, but there isn't much traffic in Luang Prabang. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. There is a good spread at breakfast with both Asian and Western choices. The staff were friendly and helpful. When I stayed, there was construction going on, but that will end at some point. I will be returning here.

The hotel room had comfortable facilities. There was construction going on so that was bothering. They charge a security deposit. Also they have a menu for the applicable charges for loss and damage to every item including the tea cups spoon etc., which we found very hilarious. The location is also not that great as it is away from the center. And overall the property is not value for money at all.

Rooms were spacious, staff were very friendly and helpful. The toilet clogged up, we told the reception about it and he asked us if we have flushed anything down the toilet ?, of course we didn't but we did do a ? and it won't flush.

The room was clean and beauitiful and the staff were exceptionally helpful. The facilities are lovely. The location isn't great for getting into the inner old city however this was somewhat offset by the staff running a free shuttle into town. The breakfast was a bit boring and lacking for the price point.

We liked the pool, the bedroom We were surprised by the unpleasant attitude from the receptionnist who didnt try to help us organize the rest of our trip. Also, the situation of the hotel which is far from the city center
